The GymNation Step class is great for both beginners and advanced steppers. GymNation Step is a great cardio workout choreographed to an old-skool 90's playlist! The GymNation Step class will give you a fantastic athletic workout that helps burn fat and tone muscle! So if your goal is weight loss, toning or general fitness then GymNation's Step class is for you!

The GymNation Step class is so much fun and a great cardio workout. I love the music and get a fantastic work out! Paul the instructor really helped me in my first few sessions. I highly recommend everyone tries the class, especially if you love 90's music!
