At each GymNation location, you'll find 500+ pieces of high spec cardio and strength equipment and free weights up to 60kg. Don’t forget, if you need a quick demo of any of the machines or equipment at any point, all you have to do is ask. One of our best personal trainers, will be happy to assist at any time!
STUDIOS
In addition to our extensive range of equipment, you'll find a variety of group exercise studios including a dedicated spinning studio and a gym time table that puts your fitness first!
Our studios offer a wide range of group fitness classes including Les Mills and other popular classes such as BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, GRIT and many more. Our studios are all fitted with the state of the art sound systems to pump out inspirational and energizing music. We even provide a dedicated VIRTUAL studio where you can do classes on-demand, delivered over our high-tech screen with a gym 24/7 virtual instructor.
LADIES ONLY GYM AND STUDIO
We offer comprehensive ladies only sections which are accessible directly from the ladies changing room.
Our ladies gym has an extensive range of cardio, strength and free weight equipment. In addition to our ladies only gym, our virtual studio doubles up as a ladies only gym for ladies fitness classes at certain times of day, allowing our female members to do instructor-led and virtual classes in the company of other like-minded ladies.
SHOWERS & CHANGING ROOMS
Our gym has large men's and ladies' showers and changing rooms which you can use as much as you like on a 24/7 gym basis.
Our changing rooms offer the following facilities; showers, toilets, secure lockers and vanity counters with mirrors. Our changing rooms are bright and spacious and are cleaned throughout the day at regular intervals to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness.
VENDING MACHINES
We all forget bits of our kit from time to time. So if you left your towel at home, your padlock, or feel a bit thirsty after your workout, head to our vending machines where you’ll find:

RECEPTION
Our reception is staffed at all times with a member of our team who will be glad to help with any of your queries including questions on the Gym time table and latest gym membership prices for any friends you refer!
To enter the gym you can simply use our entry gates – all you need is your gym membership card and your thumbprint which will be read by one of our biometric scanners.
SECURITY
Whatever time of the night or day you wish to work out you'll be safe and sound at GymNation.
Our gym is monitored by CCTV 24hrs 7 days a week and there is always a security and health and safety qualified member of staff on site. There is a code of conduct all members must adhere too, so please make sure you've read our rules and if unsure check the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up to GymNation.
