At our Abu Dhabi gym, you'll find at least 500 pieces of high spec cardio and strength equipment and free weights up to 60kg. Don’t forget, if you need a quick demo of any of the machines or even a Personal Trainer we've got you covered!
CLASSES
Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, gain muscle or improve strength and endurance levels, we have a wide variety of classes to help achieve your goals in a friendly environment and with instructors to give you motivation and a helping hand.
If you wish to do any of our classes during a time when we do not have a scheduled instructor, no problem! We have a dedicated VIRTUAL studio where you can select any class, anytime, and one of the LES MILLS rock star instructors will appear on our virtual big screen whilst motivating you through our pumping sound system. Embrace the future!
GymNation locations
We have two GymNation locations, but more coming soon:
. Al Quoz, SZR: we are located just off Sheikh Zayed Road on the Al Quoz side, next door to Bounce Trampoline and 100 metres down the slip road from Times Square Mall. Nearest Metro station is FAB.
. Bur Dubai (coming soon - pre sell now open): our new site will be located in between Burjuman Centre and Spinny's on Trade Centre Road / Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street (D88). Nearest Metro stations are Burjuman and ADCB.
