What is GO2MAX?

GO2MAX was born out of the huge demand from GYMNATION members for a compelling group training experience with access to leading Personal Trainers but at a fraction of the cost. GO2MAX combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. Our team of leading trainers, headed up by Elliot Bendelow, have fused together scientifically proven training techniques to develop over 50 different workout sessions, each with a unique focus area. 

The variation of our GO2MAX programs keeps our members challenged, eager to develop and ready to have fun alongside like minded people with the same Health and Fitness goals!

Personal Training at a fraction of the cost

Personal Trainers can deliver an entirely individualised workout plan for you and the benefits can be incredible. But for many of us the cost of Personal Training can be prohibitively expensive. GO2MAX provides you with the opportunity to access some of Dubai's most experienced and qualified PT's but at just AED50 per session, whilst also having the enjoyment of training alongside fellow fitness enthusiasts which can be a lot more fun!

Taking part in a GO2MAX session is as much an experience as a workout. All classes take place in a high-energy and encouraging group environment. GO2MAX has it's own caged off area inside GYMNATION with pumping motivating music, and our inspiring instructors will motivate you to run, lift, and work harder than ever before.

Will I be okay if I'm a beginner or not already in shape?

Don’t worry! We welcome beginners and have a lot of them in each session. While we don’t have a beginner’s class, our trainers look after all of our first-timers in every class.

To make the most of your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early so we can explain the workout and introduce you to your instructor.

How many GO2MAX session should i do per week?

We recommend five classes per week as an optimal number, with three classes per week at a minimum, if you’re committed to seeing a real change in your body and your energy levels.  Some members take more than five classes a week, but we always recommend incorporating some rest, especially if you’re just starting out. Listen to your body — if your muscles are very sore, give them time to repair themselves.

How much does a GO2MAX session cost?

You can by a GO2MAX session online or at the GYMNATION reception for AED65 per session. But it's best to buy a pack of 10 at AED50 per session

How many calories will I burn in a GO2MAX session?

A GO2MAX session can burn unto 1,000 calories in an hour! This all depends on you and your effort levels but anywhere between 700 and 1,250 is achievable in each 1 hour session. 

Will GO2MAX really help me lose weight and get fit?

It sure will!

A GO2MAX session combines weight training and cardio to keep the heart-rate elevated with intense bursts throughout the workout. 

This means you’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolism by up to 15 percent; so, you’re burning calories even after you leave. Translation: you’ll lose fat and keep it off. It’s what we call the “after burn.”

G02MAX mums, bums and tums is a workout designed to be specific on timing and a workout that delivers a full Glute and stomach toning session that will deliver fatloss, body tone and weight management.

Junior body blitz

G02MAX Junior body blitz is a training programme for children aged 8 to 15 years old that delivers a fun filled session with a full body workout to improve overall early development and cognitive function


G02MAX Gladiator ready is a training plan for warriors only! If you think your tough enough then let the games begin, go through an intense HIIT workout that will deliver a session that will challenge muscular endurance and mental drive.


G02MAX welcome to HELLIOT is a training plan for the advanced or the brave! Take a trip into the underworld and undergo blood sweat and no mercy! Full body workout combined with heavy compound lifts and high intensity resistence training.
